1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
2. Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped directly from our facility in the United States:

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled
During high-demand periods (new releases, holidays, or major product drops), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.
4. Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Hobby Velvet is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package in real time
You can also track your order directly on our website at hobbyvelvet.shop. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@hobbyvelvet.shop.
7. Packaging
We take packaging seriously. Every order is packed with care to ensure your hobby boxes and sealed collectibles arrive in perfect condition:
- Products are secured to prevent shifting during transit
- Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and reinforced
- Outer boxes are sized appropriately to minimize movement
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the box before opening and contact us immediately at support@hobbyvelvet.shop.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact your local carrier for information
- Reach out to us at support@hobbyvelvet.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Hobby Velvet is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Hobby Velvet is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@hobbyvelvet.shop. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
10. Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are received from our distributor. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details at that time. Pre-orders follow the same shipping timeline as in-stock orders once fulfilled.
