- The original manufacturer seal, shrink wrap, and security features are fully intact upon shipment
- The product has never been opened, searched, sorted, or repackaged at any point in the supply chain or by Hobby Velvet
If any product you receive shows signs of tampering, a broken seal, or appears to have been opened prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at support@hobbyvelvet.shop with photographs. We will make it right.
