1. About Our Wholesale Program

Hobby Velvet offers wholesale purchasing options for qualified buyers who wish to purchase sealed hobby boxes, sealed cases, and collectible products in larger quantities. Our wholesale program is designed for:

  • Brick-and-mortar hobby and collectible shops
  • Online retailers and resellers
  • Game stores and trading card shops
  • Event organizers and tournament suppliers
  • Serious collectors purchasing in volume

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for wholesale pricing, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a registered business entity (LLC, sole proprietorship, corporation, or equivalent)
  • Provide a valid business name and address
  • Have a verifiable online presence or physical storefront
  • Agree to all terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy and our general Terms of Service
  • Intend to resell or distribute products purchased — not for personal collection use

Hobby Velvet reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our sole discretion.

4. Wholesale Pricing and Minimum Orders

  • Wholesale pricing is offered on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability, volume, and brand
  • A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply depending on the product and brand
  • Wholesale prices are not publicly listed — they are shared directly with approved wholesale accounts
  • Pricing is subject to change based on distributor costs and market conditions

5. Product Availability

  • Wholesale orders are subject to inventory availability at the time of order
  • Certain high-demand or limited-release products may not be available at wholesale pricing
  • Hobby Velvet does not guarantee the availability of any specific product for wholesale at any time
  • Pre-order availability for wholesale accounts will be communicated on a product-by-product basis

6. Payment Terms

  • Wholesale orders are paid in full at the time of purchase unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing
  • We accept all standard payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe
  • For large orders, alternative payment arrangements (such as bank transfer) may be discussed on a case-by-case basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

7. Shipping for Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders are shipped from our facility in Hayti, MO
  • Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination
  • Free shipping on wholesale orders is not guaranteed and will be specified at the time of order confirmation
  • Processing time for wholesale orders is 3–5 business days due to the additional preparation required for larger shipments

8. Returns and Refunds on Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders follow the same return eligibility as retail orders — items must be unopened and factory sealed
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Due to the nature of wholesale quantities, all returns must be pre-approved by our team before any product is sent back
  • Refunds on wholesale orders are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned items
  • Hobby Velvet reserves the right to apply a restocking fee on wholesale returns

9. Resale and Brand Compliance

Wholesale buyers are responsible for ensuring that all products purchased from Hobby Velvet are resold in compliance with:

  • The terms and conditions of the relevant brand owners (Pokémon, Lorcana, Marvel, Panini, etc.)
  • All applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the resale of collectible products
  • Any platform-specific policies if selling through third-party marketplaces

Hobby Velvet is not responsible for any compliance issues arising from the resale of products by wholesale buyers.

10. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, terms, and arrangements provided by Hobby Velvet are confidential and intended solely for the approved wholesale account holder. Sharing wholesale pricing with third parties without our written consent is prohibited.

11. Termination of Wholesale Account

Hobby Velvet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these wholesale terms or our general Terms of Service
  • Non-payment or chargeback abuse
  • Resale of products in a manner inconsistent with brand owner guidelines
  • Misrepresentation during the application process
